Leadership development through relations and action
Eduardo Verdu and his team of consultants have provided a complete leadership development program for all managers in the entire SpareBank1 SR-Bank company.
The program was developed in 2011 based on the strategies, requirements and leadership principles of the company.
An important tool is direct feedback in a smaller group of students that is maintained throughout the program.

SpareBank1 SR-Bank had a close dialogue and a very productive cooperation with Verdu both before and during the implementation.
Verdu has magically provided a setting that is safe enough for the participants to successfully challenge themselves and each other, and thereby get a considerable added value from the program.
